Remote Support

 

 

There are a few options for remote support detailed below. Please click one of the options in the sidebar then:

  1. Follow the prompts to download TeamViewer
  2. Choose affirmative responses if prompted (Run, Yes, Accept, Allow, etc.)
  3. Configure unattended access if prompted 
  4. Email, text or call with your TeamViewer ID and password when ready for remote support

Remote Access

This option will give Technik Services, Inc. the ability to provide quick remote support on a continued basis. After installing, TeamViewer Host will run as a system service and is used for 24/7 access to remote computers, including login/logout and remote reboot.

Quick Support

This option will allow Technik Services, Inc. the ability to provide remote support on a one-time basis. There is no permanent installation and does not require administrative rights. As soon as you close the application, it is no longer possible to connect to your computer.
